Every Ambio product runs on servers in the European Union. Your data is stored there, and the AI that works with your content runs there too. Ambio is made by one person in Poland, and keeping the infrastructure in the EU keeps your data under EU data protection law.

What that covers

• Databases, file storage and backend servers are in EU data centres.
• AI models that process your content run in the EU.
• A few things cannot run in the EU because of how app stores work — purchases, subscriptions and store accounts. Each product lists them below and in its privacy policy.

Ambio Reader

• Database, sign-in and file storage — Supabase, Stockholm, Sweden.
• Book analysis — Google Cloud, Warsaw, Poland.
• AI scene analysis — Infercom, Munich, Germany.
• Sound matching — Google Vertex AI, EU region.
• Crash reports — Sentry, Germany.

Outside the EU: subscription status is managed by RevenueCat (USA), and purchases go through Apple or Google. Details are in the Ambio Reader privacy policy.
